This big, central apartment has an allocated parking space. Located on the edge of the quirky North Laine area of Brighton, you can park up & have all the highlights of the city on your doorstep! It’s central yet quiet.

The apartment is extremely spacious – the perfect space for a friends or family stay in Brighton. It has one big bedroom, a lovely light lounge with dining table and triple sofa bed (sleeps 2 or 3), a fully equipped kitchen & bathroom with shower. Pets are also welcome.

Park up right next to the apartment and in the heart of the North Laine, head into the apartment with private garden and you’ll have everything you’ll need for a great time in Brighton. The apartment is fully equipped, neatly decorated and lovely and big.

The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of space to store your belongings as it’s a great size!! The lounge has a great big comfy sofa that converts into a double and a single bed so perfect for 2-3 more guests. Cook yourselves a brunch or dinner and dine in the lounge at the table, take a coffee at the breakfast bar in the kitchen or eat alfresco in the garden.

Fresh linen and towels, toiletries, plenty of tea, coffee and sugar and Wifi are provided for all guests.

Just a ten minute walk to the beach, this lovely flat is in the central North Laine area; a hub of independent shops, restaurants, pubs & cafes. The living room overlooks St Peter’s Church and provides a perfect vantage point to observe the Pride Festival Parade in August & the Marathon in April. What’s more, it’s less than half a mile from the train station.

With a double bedroom and a huge sofa that splits into double and single beds, it’s perfect for couples and small groups.The space

Situated on the ground floor of this Regency, bow-fronted building in central Brighton, the apartment is a light and airy space with a large sociable living area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. You are also welcome to help yourselves to tea & coffee which will be provided.

The relaxing living room has a large and comfortable sofa bed which is great for socialising on but also converts into a 2+1 sofa bed. There is also a dining table suitable for four that overlooks the bustling St Peter’s Church. There is also free wifi and desk space if you need to get some work done during your stay.

The quiet bedroom at the back of the flat has a comfy double bed with hotel style fresh linen and towels always provided for guests. The bathroom has a shower and essentials such as soap and shampoo are provided


The apartment is on the edge of Brighton’s cultural area, the lovely North Laine which is quintessentially Brighton. Within a short stroll you will find the very best independent shops including the wonderful Hisbe supermarket which is completely independent and well worth a visit, numerous entertainment venues like Komedia – a great comedy club and over 400 independent shops, caf├ęs and entertainment venues in this unique and vibrant part of the city.

Many tourist attractions such as the Brighton Dome, Brighton Pavilion & Gardens, the Theatre Royal, Brighton Museum & Art Gallery are just a short walk away. Brighton Pier, the i360 and the seafront are a short walk and you can easily venture to other areas of the city like Kemptown or Hove. It really is an amazing location.

Getting around

WALKING – From this location you can simply park up and walk to everything! Strolling around this city really is the best way to get to know it and enjoy it.

TRAIN – Brighton train station is less than half a mile away with frequent trains to London Victoria and Kings Cross.

BUSES & TAXIS – There are plenty of buses and taxis and Uber is also operating in Brighton but most of the city’s hidden gems can be reached and explored on foot.

BIKES – Bikes can be hired from many points around Brighton with the Brighton Bike Share Scheme. The nearest location is just across the road at Grand Parade.

There is a fantastic cycle path which stretches all along the seafront from the iconic beach huts in Hove all the way past Brighton Beach and the cliffs of Rottingdean.
